The new test fails as expected, since ExFEM has a compat to 0.8 of ExFEMBase. |

Restart the downstream test since we have ExFEM 1.0 in the master branch now. |

This should not to be confused with the https://github.com/jpthiele/DownstreamTester.jl package.
Once the Downstream workflow of the package is working, this CI file may be replaced.
